DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

We do accept walk ins, but when patient volume is high, so are wait times. To keep your wait time down, we suggest making an appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Please bring your insurance card, a valid form of ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.

DO YOU OFFER TELEHEALTH OR VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS?

Currently, we do not offer telehealth or virtual appointments. Our appointments are conducted in-person at our office location. If you have any concerns about visiting in person, please contact our office to discuss alternative options.
